I make this delicious creamy spicy sauce by the buckets! It's so easy to make, even on weeknights. This recipe is easy and no-fail. And, it complements everything including, tacos, fajitas, roast chicken, sweet potato, sausages, roasted vegetables or just plain corn tortillas.
- 1 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 medium bunch of cilantro
- 1 garlic clove or serrano chilli
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a blender
Blend until you have a smooth sauce. Add more water (little at a time) to get to desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container. The sauce might go darker over time as avocado oxidizes a bit. But don't worry, it's still great to eat.
