Black bean tamale and a fridge clean out salsa with yellow heirloom tomato, arugula, shallots, jalapeños and avocado.
A feast... the only way to describe this gorgeous and tasty spread from @eatmilu. Marinated cucumbers, crispy cauliflower, watercress salad, tofu seaweed salad, broccoli and mushroom wontons, crispy chili crisp chicken, charred broccoli and a pineapple bun to wash it all down. Can’t wait for my fam in Canada to take them there. I love everything this place does and can’t wait for the cookbook 😉
When in doubt make a quick vegan tostada. Corn tortilla, refried black beans, avocado, shaved Brussels sprouts, asparagus romaine, watermelon radishes, cilantro, green onion, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, jalapeño and lime. Basically anything I could find on the kitchen. It’s a micronutrient power lunch. Muy delicioso! 🌮
